The Neighbors Group is a secular group that uses the Meetinghouse (Church) as a touch point for work with Neighbors in the North Orange and Tully area. There is a working group that is engaged in supporting the area in times of need. There are also community events and functions to support coming together with one another: Meeting Neighbors and Making Friends.
Our Working Group meets throughout the year to discuss ways that we can better support one another. We have “clusters” throughout the villages with a “cluster lead” who is a touch point for each area. Find out more at one of our events.
To bring Joy and Connection, we plan events such as Summer Picnics, Spring Waffle Breakfast, and other gatherings to bring together our community and share the gifts of our area.
Each Autumn, we plant daffodils so that beauty and hope blooms in the villages each Spring. We are working toward planting new trees in Goddard Park.
We offer an Annual Maple Waffle Breakfast each spring and a Hot Dogs & S’mores Summer Picnic each July.
